Treloyhan Manor project
Treloyhan Manor is a 19th century manor, positioned on the north Coast of West Cornwall in Carbis Bay. Built by local shipping magnate and former Mayor of St Ives, Edward Hain.
Stevens & Nicholls successfully won the tender to deliver the full electrical, heating & plumbing installation for this exceptional project.
Working closely with the client whilst combining their vision and methodical approach to deliver a tailored service resulting in the high quality finish desired. Treloyhan Manor showcases the beauty of Cornish living within a stunning setting whilst Stevens & Nicholls have strived to encapsulate and deliver the practicalities of modern living within this historical building and its setting.
